During a summer break with his nephews, Synthosys co-founder Dr Tarek Jomaa found inspiration for a children’s book with a leadership lesson at its core. The story Just a Poo on a Hat explores how curiosity, frustration, and imagination help children discover an insight many leaders learn later in life: before trying to fix the world around us, we must first understand ourselves.
