In Women in Leadership: From Present Identity to Future Vision, Dr Vanessa Pozzali led an intimate workshop in Beirut exploring identity, growth, and self-awareness in women leaders. Using reflective dialogue and Dixit cards, participants uncovered new perspectives on their leadership journeys and clarified their vision for the future.
