Story
For years we worked closely with leaders and individuals under pressure.
And we kept seeing the same pattern.

People sitting in coaching or therapy for issues that did not start with them.
They were often reacting to the system around them.
At the same time, organisations were investing heavily in performance, leadership, and wellbeing.
Yet the same issues kept returning.
Not because people were failing.
Because the real problem was never clearly seen.
Too often, organisations move from pressure straight into solutions, without understanding what is actually driving behaviour, decisions, and performance.
That is where our focus shifted.

Dr Tarek Jomaa
CEO
Tarek helps organisations build teams that perform under pressure.
He brings a high-performance engineering mindset into leadership, focusing on clarity, fast feedback, and disciplined execution.
He works with executive teams to surface hidden friction, align on what matters, and turn disruption into momentum.

His approach is shaped by experience across engineering, consulting, and leadership development, including redesigning motorsport engineering education through coaching to strengthen learning, motivation, and collaboration in complex environments.
Credentials: PhD in Engineering. Creator of the 4C Diagnostic and the ROGUE coaching model (peer-reviewed, British Psychological Society). Fellow of the Institute of Leadership. Senior Fellow of Advance HE.

Dr Vanessa Pozzali
COO
Vanessa is a psychologist specialising in group dynamics and unconscious patterns at work.
She helps leadership teams surface blind spots, rebuild trust, and turn conflict into progress.

She works across tech, finance, and the public sector, helping teams reduce burnout, manage pressure, and improve how they operate together.
