Mission
Clarity before action. Action that lasts.
Too many organisations jump to solutions without seeing the real blockers. Our mission is to make those blockers visible, align leaders quickly, and turn change into sustained performance. We do this through the Synthosys 4C Diagnostic and targeted work that helps people move with confidence.
For years we watched well-intentioned change stall. Quick fixes soaked up budget, engagement dipped, and the same problems returned when the pressure rose. We knew there was a better way. Synthosys exists to remove guesswork, reveal what is really holding teams back, and focus effort where it makes the biggest difference. The aim is simple. Less waste, faster alignment, and performance that improves when the pressure is on.
Story
Psychology Meets
High-Performance Engineering
In motorsport, a fraction of a second separates winning from losing. Teams deliver under pressure because roles are clear, feedback loops are fast, and decisions are based on evidence. We bring those principles into complex organisations, blending psychology, group dynamics and data. The result is anti-fragile cultures where teams learn from stress, adapt quickly, and come back stronger.
Our Principle.
Measure the real gaps Act with precision Improve under pressure.

Meet the Founders

Dr Tarek Jomaa
CEO
Tarek helps organisations build anti-fragile teams that deliver under pressure. He translates high-performance lessons from endurance motorsport into everyday leadership: clear roles, rapid feedback, disciplined execution and fewer wasted moves. He works with executive teams and senior leaders to surface hidden friction, align on a few moves that matter, and turn disruption into momentum. He also coaches one-to-one on decision making, vision and communication, and supports women in leadership to navigate bias and influence with an authentic style. Earlier in his career he led the transformation of a motorsport engineering programme (Read the open-access paper), bringing clarity, collaboration and real-world pace into a complex system.

Dr Vanessa Pozzali
COO
Vanessa is a psychologist specialising in unconscious dynamics and group behaviour. She helps leadership teams surface blind spots, rebuild trust and turn conflict into progress. Her practice blends rigorous diagnostics with practical facilitation. Vanessa leads programmes for women in leadership, designs journeys that build confidence and influence, and provides one-to-one and group supervision for women and senior leaders. She also works on mental fitness in the workplace, helping teams reduce burnout, manage stress, and sustain performance through pressure.
