Who leads an engagement
Direct enquiries to Synthosys are led by Synthosys. When it benefits the client, we may invite a local associate to support delivery. Engagements you originate are led by you, with Synthosys provisioning 4C and supporting as agreed.
Where can I use 4C
Globally. There is no geographic exclusivity by default. We coordinate to avoid conflicts and protect relationships.
Do I certify others
No. Your certification covers delivery of 4C in your own client work. Training and certifying others remains with Synthosys.
Data and ethics
Shared standards, anonymised outputs and respectful data handling. We host the diagnostic and generate the client-ready report; you lead the work.
Time commitment
Around 9 to 12 hours across short workshops and an applied case. You can run 4C with a live client during training, with our mentoring.
Do I have to use your method
No. Use 4C with your own frameworks. Our I D E A L method and materials are available if helpful.
