What is a 360° leadership assessment
A 360° Leadership Assessment is a questionnaire that measures different aspects of your leadership. You will complete it yourself and receive a confidential link to share with people around you, such as peers, managers, team members, people you lead and other relevant stakeholders. Their responses are anonymous.
Your report then shows how your leadership is perceived by others, where different perspectives align or differ, and which areas may be worth focusing on for your development.

How to take part
01. Start your 360°
Register your interest, receive your personal assessment link, and share it with the people around you who will provide anonymous feedback.
02. Explore your report
Receive your 360° report and start identifying where perceptions align, where gaps appear, and which areas may need more attention.
03. Reflect together
Join Dr Vanessa Pozzali and the other five participants for a facilitated session to explore the feedback, discuss common leadership themes, and identify practical next steps.
