At Synthosys, however, we’re kicking off 2025 with goals that are not just bold, but fully in motion. And unlike that unopened yoga mat in the corner, we plan to see them through!


Revolutionising Leadership with Our New 360° Assessment


January marks a major milestone for us: the finalisation of our new 360° Leadership Assessment. Traditional 360° assessments have been around for a while, but let’s be honest—they often leave leaders with data overload and no clear direction.

Our new approach is designed to cut through the complexity. It’s more intuitive, easier to interpret, and tailored for real leadership impact. Leaders no longer have to sift through endless reports; instead, they get clear, actionable insights to enhance their leadership effectiveness. We’re not just refreshing the 360° model—we’re redefining it.


New Collaborations: Expanding Our Global Impact


Building on the momentum of last year’s Women in Leadership Conference, we’re proud to announce our latest partnership with InPD (Institute of Professional Development). This collaboration was born out of the inspiring discussions we had at the conference in November, proving once again that when vision and synergy align, great things happen.

And that’s not all. We’re thrilled to expand our presence in Yerevan, with Cascade People & Business becoming our exclusive seller in Armenia. Arpi Karapetyan, a dear friend and an exceptional leader, is championing this expansion. Her passion for leadership development and commitment to cultural transformation make her the perfect partner to introduce Synthosys’ unique methodologies to the Armenian market.

But we’re not stopping there. More conversations are happening behind the scenes, and we hope to announce new partnerships soon. Stay tuned!

Celebrating Success at the Work Health Hub, University of Derby


One of the most rewarding moments this month was presenting our 4C Model at the Work Health Hub at the University of Derby. This vibrant community of professionals is dedicated to workplace well-being, and we were honoured to be part of the conversation.

The response? Phenomenal. Our 4C Culture & Team Dynamics Model received high praise for its insightful, structured approach to understanding leadership and team behaviour. It’s always a privilege to share our work with forward-thinking professionals who are as passionate about workplace culture as we are.
