Following the success of her keynote at the Science of Leadership Conference in Armenia, Synthosys co-founder Dr Vanessa Pozzali was invited to deliver a webinar on leading in the AI era and the future of leadership in the age of AI.
Vanessa reinforced a critical message: while AI can process data faster than any human, it cannot replace the qualities that make leadership truly effective. She outlined four cognitive skills leaders must master to thrive in this new landscape — reflective thinking, emotional awareness, adaptive judgement, and ethical decision-making.
Her point resonated with participants: AI should augment leaders, not replace them. The essence of leadership remains profoundly human.
Takeaway: The leaders who will shape the future are not those who rely on AI to think for them, but those who balance technology with human judgment, empathy, and ethical clarity.
