At the Employee Engage Summit in London, Synthosys co-founders Dr Vanessa Pozzali and Dr Tarek Jomaa joined as exhibitors and sponsors to introduce a different perspective on engagement and culture in the workplace.

Rather than relying on surface-level fixes or “fluffy” initiatives, they showcased the 4C Culture & Team Dynamics Model — a diagnostic that reveals the hidden forces shaping how people collaborate, align, and perform.

The conversations sparked throughout the day highlighted a growing appetite among HR leaders, change consultants, and coaches for approaches that move beyond perks and quick wins. Synthosys presented a method for building anti-fragile cultures where people feel engaged and supported because the underlying system truly works.

Takeaway: Engagement isn’t created by adding extras on top. It comes from reshaping culture and dynamics at the core — making people feel seen, aligned, and part of something that lasts.
