Synthosys was born from a simple but powerful realisation: leadership struggles aren’t always about skills or strategy—they’re about the unseen forces at play.

Through our own experiences and work with leaders across industries, we saw how quickly conflict can spark from misunderstanding, and how organisations waste huge budgets on surface-level solutions that don’t last. We know this because we’ve lived it.

Before Synthosys, we watched companies invest in quick fixes—restructuring teams, rolling out new strategies, bringing in consultants—only for the same challenges to resurface. Why? Because they weren’t addressing the underlying tensions, blind spots, and misalignments that truly shape leadership and culture. And we saw firsthand how leaders and employees paid the price—with stress, frustration, and missed opportunities.

Dr TAREK JOMAA
Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer
Tarek is the engine driving Synthosys forward. With a PhD in Motorsport Engineering and a background in leadership coaching, he knows firsthand what it takes to perform under pressure—and how to help organisations do the same. After years in the high-stakes world of motorsports, Tarek saw the parallels between technical precision and organisational dynamics, leading him to develop the innovative ROGUE Coaching Model, a framework designed to help leaders navigate complexity with clarity and confidence.
Blending his engineering mindset with leadership insights, Tarek specialises in optimising performance without sacrificing well-being. He’s passionate about challenging the status quo, fostering cultures of adaptability, and equipping leaders with the tools they need to succeed in fast-paced, ever-evolving environments. With Tarek, it’s all about precision, balance, and sustainable growth.

With a rich background in psychodynamic therapy and institutional consultancy, Vanessa specialises in uncovering the unconscious patterns that quietly influence organisational culture.
Her work dives deep—helping leaders and teams navigate complex dynamics, foster psychological safety, and build cultures where people feel seen, valued, and empowered. Whether it’s facilitating culture assessments, coaching leaders, or driving organisational development, Vanessa’s approach is both analytical and empathetic.
