The workshop’s interactive nature, combined with reflective exercises, will stimulate your thinking on how to create your own coaching models that align with your unique practice. Cancellation Policy
14-DAY REFUND GUARANTEE: If you change your mind about a service or course you’ve purchased, you’re entitled to a full refund (minus 35£ for admin fees) within 14 days, as long as the service hasn’t started and the start date is not within the next 14 days. We believe this window gives you enough time to evaluate your commitment to the service or course. If the start date is within 14 days of purchase, no refunds will be available. This ensures proper planning and preparation for the sessions, as last-minute cancellations can affect the experience for other participants. INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS & PACKAGES: For individual sessions and packages, we offer a flexible approach: • If you cancel or reschedule more than 7 days before the scheduled date, you can receive a full refund or reschedule without any additional fees. • For cancellations made 3-7 days before the session, we provide a partial refund of 60%. • If you cancel less than 72 hours before the session, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer a refund due to the short notice. GROUP COURSES (LEADERSHIP COURSES, GROUP SUPERVISION): Group courses have a slightly different policy due to the structure and collective nature of the sessions. If you need to cancel your participation: • A full refund is available if you cancel within 14 days of purchase, provided the course is not starting within the next 2 weeks. After this period, refunds are not possible, as your participation impacts the group dynamic. MISSED CLASSES: If you miss group classes, we will provide written summaries and an overview of group discussions so you can stay up to date with the course material. Please note that written materials do not replace the full experience of participating in the live class. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: We know that life can be unpredictable, and if an unexpected situation arises that prevents you from continuing with a course or session, we’re happy to discuss your circumstances on a case-by-case basis.
