Two Different Spaces, One Shared Purpose

At Synthosys, we offer two different online learning spaces.

Our monthly Synthosys webinars focus on organisational culture, team dynamics, hidden misalignment and the 4C Diagnostic. These sessions are designed for leaders, HR professionals, founders, coaches and consultants who want to understand what is really slowing performance inside teams.

Alongside these, our fortnightly Women in Leadership sessions create a more focused reflective space for women exploring leadership, identity, confidence, visibility, systemic barriers and culture.

They are connected by the same purpose: helping people understand the hidden dynamics that shape behaviour, leadership and performance at work.

But they are not the same.

One looks closely at organisational performance and team dynamics.The other creates space for women to reflect on leadership from the inside — not as a personal flaw to fix, but as an experience shaped by systems, expectations and culture.

Why You Should Register for Monthly Synthosys Webinars

Our monthly webinars focus on organisational culture, team dynamics and the 4C Diagnostic.

These sessions are designed for leaders, HR professionals, founders, coaches and consultants who want to understand what is really slowing performance inside teams.

A team may look aligned from the outside. People attend meetings, respond to emails and complete tasks. But underneath, there may be unclear roles, inconsistent expectations, avoided feedback, weak accountability or low trust.

These are the kinds of patterns the 4C Diagnostic helps reveal.

The model looks at two connected layers: culture and team dynamics. Culture shows the dominant way of working. Team dynamics show whether that culture is helping people perform in practice.

In our webinars, we explore four core dynamics:

  • Clarity — do people understand roles, goals, decisions and expectations?

  • Consistency — are behaviours, processes and expectations reliable?

  • Collaboration — do people work together openly and constructively?

  • Consolidation — do people feel aligned, committed and able to move as one?

The aim is not to overwhelm people with theory.

The aim is to help leaders see what is happening more clearly, so they can act with more precision.

What You Can Expect from the Monthly Webinars

Each monthly webinar focuses on a specific leadership or organisational challenge.

Topics may include communication, trust, decision-making, accountability, culture change, burnout, engagement or high-performing teams.

You can expect:

  • a clear explanation of the topic;

  • practical examples from organisational life;

  • insights from the 4C Diagnostic;

  • reflective questions you can apply to your own team;

  • space for discussion and Q&A.

These sessions are useful if you want to understand why performance problems often continue even after training, coaching or new processes have been introduced.

Sometimes the problem is not a lack of effort.

Sometimes the system itself is misaligned.

What You Can Expect from Leadership Espresso Café

Leadership Espresso Café is a short, focused space for women who lead — or who are finding their way into leadership.

Every other Tuesday, we explore one real theme linked to women’s leadership. The same session is repeated on Thursday of the same week, so you can join the date that works best for you.

These sessions are practical, reflective and honest. They are not about telling women to be more confident, more visible or more resilient without asking what makes those things difficult in the first place.

Instead, we look at the real pressures women often carry in leadership:

  • speaking up without being labelled difficult;

  • being visible without feeling exposed;

  • navigating confidence, doubt and imposter feelings;

  • dealing with bias, power and workplace expectations;

  • balancing ambition with belonging;

  • understanding rivalry, comparison and support between women;

  • recognising when the issue is not personal weakness, but the system around you.

Each session offers a short insight, a practical reflection and space for conversation.

The aim is not to “fix” women.

It is to create a space where women can think more clearly about leadership, recognise the dynamics shaping their experience, and leave with one useful idea they can take back into work.
