Meet the Founders

Dr. Tarek Jomaa and Vanessa Pozzali, co-founders of Synthosys, bring expertise and innovation to organisational development.

Dr. Jomaa combines a PhD in vehicle dynamics with advanced coaching accreditations to empower leaders through frameworks like the ROGUE coaching model and "5A Leader" program. A Fellow of the Institute of Leadership, he champions sustainable leadership and effective communication.

Vanessa Pozzali, a registered psychotherapist and counselling psychologist, uses innovative group coaching and wellbeing sessions to transform team dynamics and enhance resilience. Her psychotherapy-driven approach uncovers barriers to communication, fostering healthier, more empowered teams.

Together, they lead Synthosys’ mission to inspire lasting, people-focused organisational change.
